Founded by Pooja Berkhodia, an experienced and compassionate physiotherapist, this clinic is not only the result of years of dedication to the field—it is the outcome of a deeply personal journey and a shared dream.

The inspiration behind New Beginnings is rooted in my own life. That journey ignited a deep passion in me to help others overcome physical limitations and reclaim their lives through movement and strength.

Our founder holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Physiotherapy, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Over the past 7 years, She has had the opportunity to work in various government and private hospitals, gaining hands-on experiencein various fields. She is also trained in kinesiotaping, PNF techniques, cupping therapy, and I’m a certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist. Additionally, She has contributed as a major author to the book “Viva Voce Essentials in Respiratory Physiotherapy” alongside Dr. Richa Rai.
